The new Century Stands are made from hi-tensile chrome steel saving 10% in weight and have a redesigned universal top stud for greater compatibility with a wider range of lighting equipment and accessories.

 

In addition, the riser column has been redesigned to virtually eliminate the possibility of pinched fingers. On this Sliding Leg version, the top leg will slide on the main riser tube, allowing its use on stairs, off curbs and even as high as placing that leg on a counter top or desk. Avenger's trademark features including: triple plated marine-spar-grade finishes; captive T-handles that won't fall out or get lost; secure, screw-less brakeshoe mechanisms that protect the risers; tough, deep set plastic feet; and field serviceable parts.
