An ingeniously clever way to have a second lens ready – without having to take an extra camera case along. It is screwed on to the baseplate of the camera. Attach an M lens and – presto!

 

The LEICA LENS HOLDER M allows you to keep a complete mini photo outfit - a camera and two lenses - hanging on your carrying strap and ready for use. It is screwed into the tripod bushing, and the second lens also serves as a handle when it's inserted into its bayonet mount, helping to provide additional stability when shooting handheld at long exposure times. The setup could even be used as a miniature tripod. The M system lens holder fits all Leica M models except the LEICA M5.
